What are your business hours?
Our online store is open 24/7. Our Strathpine warehouse & retail store is open Monday to Friday, 10:00am–3:30pm (closed weekends and public holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Australian orders usually arrive within 1–7 business days via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, with tracking included. International orders typically take 10–30 business days depending on destination.
Can I return or exchange an item?

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry if that happens! Email us straight away with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
