When will my order ship?

Most order ship within 48 hours, but there are a few notable exceptions.

What if there is damage to my order?

If there is any damage to your order, we promise to have it fixed or replaced, ASAP!

Please be sure to email or call us right away.  

To speed the process, please send any pictures you can, and be as descriptive as possible in your message.  If the packaging appears damaged, please be sure to include that in your pictures and description, as well.

Bottom line - we stand by all of our products and manufacturers, and we will take great care of you!

What is your return policy?

We offer a full guarantee on the quality of our products. If goods arrive with a fault please contact us immediately before sending the item back. Buyers are responsible for all P&H charges on return items. Refund exchange or repair will be issued once the item has been assessed. Refund only applies for the cost of the item (excluding all P&H charges).

Warranty will be void if products are misused, mishandled or modified in any way. We do not offer refunds for customers who change their mind after purchasing an item. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Do you accept bulk orders?

We are the direct importers of most of our products and can supply to retailers and bulk buy customers at discounted prices.
