Most orders leave our Strathpine warehouse within 48 hours, and every order is dispatched within 1–2 business days at the latest. Once your parcel is on its way, Australian orders typically arrive in 1–7 business days via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, with tracking included as standard.

Yes — we ship to many countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and more. International orders typically take 10–30 business days to arrive, depending on your destination and local customs.

Orders over AUD $150 ship free within Australia — just apply the code FREE150 at checkout. Smaller Australian orders are charged shipping at checkout based on weight and location.

We offer a 30-day return window on every order. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase — email [email protected] to start a return.

If you've simply changed your mind, you're responsible for return postage and a 20% restocking fee applies; refunds cover the item cost only, not postage and handling. Products that have been misused, mishandled or modified aren't covered by warranty.

We're sorry if that happens — email or call us right away with photos of the damage (including the packaging, if it looks affected) and your order number. We stand by every product and manufacturer we sell, and we'll get it fixed, replaced or refunded as quickly as we can.

Yes. We're direct importers of many of the brands we stock, so we can offer discounted pricing to retailers and bulk buyers. Contact us with the exact products, quantities and your location, and we'll put together a quote — wholesalers and retailers are very welcome.

Yes — our Wellness Warehouse retail store is open to the public at 22 Stanley Street East, Strathpine QLD 4500, Monday to Friday, 10:00am–3:30pm.

Our online store is open 24/7, so you can shop any time. Our Strathpine warehouse and retail store keep in-person hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00am–3:30pm, and we're closed on weekends and public holidays.

We usually reply within a few hours on business days (Monday to Friday), often sooner — a real person reads and answers every message. During busy sale periods it can take a little longer, but we always get back to you.
