Canterbury Biltong's Biersticks Original are thicker, chunkier air-dried beef pieces seasoned with onion powder and spices, made from grass-fed, prime New Zealand beef. Canterbury has been making biltong since 2003, and this carton holds 10 individual 100g packs.
Why Biersticks
Biersticks are cut thicker than a standard sliced biltong, closer to a chunky meat stick than a thin strip, which gives them a heartier bite. The name nods to their popularity as a beer snack, though they work just as well as an everyday high-protein bite. Seasoned simply with salt, sugar, spices, herbs and onion powder, the flavour stays close to a classic biltong rather than a heavy marinade.

How To Use It

Biltong is air-dried rather than smoked or cooked, which gives it a softer texture than a typical American-style jerky, and it works well for hiking, gym bags, road trips or an afternoon pick-me-up.
