Directions: Pour the contents of this 4 oz refill concentrate into an empty Davids 16 oz reusable mouthwash bottle (sold separately). Add water to fill to the bottom of the neck, replace the cap and shake to mix. After brushing and flossing, swish one capful for 30 seconds and spit out, then gargle a second capful for 30 seconds and spit out. Use twice daily.
