Happy Bum GutScrub is 100% food grade diatomaceous earth powder, made from the fossilised shell of microscopic algae called diatoms. It's naturally rich in silica and other trace minerals, with no other ingredients added. Each 150g tub gives you 45 serves, with a scoop included.
What Diatomaceous Earth Is
Diatomaceous earth is a fine, chalky powder mined from the earth's crust, made up of the fossilised remains of diatoms, a type of algae. Happy Bum sources a food grade version and tests it for purity. It has a naturally gritty, earthy texture and taste, and doesn't dissolve fully in liquid, so it needs a good stir before drinking.

How To Use It
Add 1 scoop to a cup of water, stir well and drink immediately, as it will settle if left sitting. It can also be mixed into a smoothie, stirred through yoghurt, or sprinkled over muesli.
