Happy Hydrate is a natural electrolyte powder made from coconut water powder, pink Himalayan salt and a touch of monk fruit for sweetness. It's designed as an easy, on-the-go way to rehydrate, with 25 serves in each 175g tub and a scoop included.

Why Coconut Water Powder
Coconut water is naturally high in potassium, and this powder concentrates that down into a simple electrolyte mix without needing to carry actual coconuts or cartons of coconut water around. Each serve contains 395mg of potassium, which contributes to normal water and electrolyte balance and supports normal nervous system and muscle function, when prepared as directed and consumed as part of a normal healthy diet.

Happy Bum markets this as "coco on the go", and the powder format is the main appeal over a carton of coconut water: it's shelf-stable, doesn't need refrigeration until mixed, and a 175g tub is a lot lighter and more compact to throw in a bag than several litres of liquid coconut water would be.
How To Use It
Mix 1 scoop into 250ml of cold water, stir well and drink immediately. It's a straightforward way to top up hydration after exercise, in hot weather, or any time plain water needs a bit of help.
