Mane Event™ by Legendairy Milk is a hair, skin and nails supplement built to support that recovery, combining a multi collagen complex, high dose biotin and the branded ingredient Lustriva® into one daily capsule.
What's Inside
Each two-capsule serve provides a full vitamin lineup, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, niacin, Vitamin B6, folate, biotin at 10,000 mcg, pantothenic acid, iodine and zinc. Biotin and zinc in particular are commonly included in hair, skin and nails formulas, and the 10,000 mcg biotin dose here is well above a typical multivitamin. On top of the vitamins, the formula includes:
- A 650 mg Multi Collagen Beauty Complex made from bovine, fish, chicken cartilage and eggshell membrane collagen
- Lustriva®, a branded ingredient the manufacturer states is clinically shown to increase hair thickness in as little as 3 weeks and to be significantly more bioavailable than standard biotin alone
- Hyaluronic acid and hydrolyzed keratin peptides
As with any supplement claim, it's worth treating the Lustriva® research as one input among many rather than a guarantee of results, since hair, skin and nails respond differently from person to person.
Allergen and Dietary Information
Because Mane Event™ uses fish and eggshell membrane collagen, it contains egg and fish and isn't suitable for a vegan diet or an egg or fish allergy, unlike most of the capsules in Legendairy Milk's lactation range. It's gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free, non-GMO and third-party tested, and made in a cGMP certified facility.
How to Use Mane Event™
The suggested use is 2 capsules daily with water, and Legendairy Milk notes it can take at least 3 months of consistent use to observe the full effects, since hair, skin and nails all grow slowly and a supplement needs time to work through a full growth cycle.
