What's Inside
Each capsule provides 250 mg of Reducose® mulberry leaf extract, 50 mg of GlucoVantage® dihydroberberine and 100 mg of Ceylon cinnamon 4:1 extract. Dihydroberberine is a more bioavailable form of standard berberine, and the brand states it's designed to be gentler on the stomach and longer lasting than regular berberine. Standard berberine has a track record for blood sugar support, but it isn't always well tolerated, with some people reporting stomach upset or needing to split doses several times a day to maintain an effect. Reducose® mulberry leaf extract is a clinically studied ingredient generally looked at for its effect on post meal blood sugar response, and Ceylon cinnamon is a commonly used addition in blood sugar focused formulas. How to Use It
