What Is Inside the Bar
The caramel is made with coconut milk, brown rice syrup and coconut blossom sugar, with a little maple syrup and cinnamon for a warm, butterscotch-style flavour. The chocolate is built from organic cacao paste and cacao butter, and the pecans (3.2%) are organic. Most ingredients are organic.
