Amazing Oils Magnesium Sensitive Spray, 200ml
Amazing Oils Magnesium Sensitive Spray is a topical magnesium chloride spray, made in Australia and listed with the TGA (AUST L 384614). Each mL contains 160mg of magnesium chloride hexahydrate, equivalent to 19mg of elemental magnesium. It's formulated with usage guidance specifically for people with sensitive skin, since magnesium oil sprays can cause a stinging or tingling sensation on some people's skin, especially when first starting out.
Indications
Maintaining adequate levels of magnesium is important. Magnesium supports general health and wellbeing, immune system health, heart health and healthy mood balance. Regularly supplementing your magnesium intake may assist with symptoms of headaches, premenstrual syndrome, and mild arthritis or mild osteoarthritis. Applying magnesium to the skin can also be beneficial for topical effects, and may help ease the symptoms of mild eczema or dermatitis. Supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

How to Use It
Suitable for individuals 9 years and over. Take no more than 18mL daily, or as prescribed by your medical practitioner. For external use only. If you have sensitive skin or notice any reaction or irritation, apply to damp skin for the first week, or spray over a light moisturiser rather than directly onto bare skin. Store below 25°C.

Cautions
Contains sorbates and benzoates. Excessive use of magnesium can have laxative effects. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare practitioner.
