Mingle Tacos All Natural Recipe Base is the straightforward, medium spice option in Mingle's taco range, built around garlic, onion, paprika and cumin, with coriander, parsley, thyme and basil for herby depth and a subtle kick of chilli. It's a real spice blend rather than a filler heavy packet mix, so what you taste is the actual herbs and spices.
One 30g sachet is designed to season around 500g of mince, enough for a family taco night of about four people.
