Nimbus Oat Milk Powder is a naturally sweet and creamy plant milk powder made with 93% Australian oats. This 500g pouch makes up to 5L of oat milk, so you can mix up only what you need and skip the extra packaging and water weight of ready-made cartons.

- Avocado oil powder for a creamy, healthy fat
- Calcium carbonate for added minerals
- Salt for added flavour
- Xanthan gum (corn-based) as a thickener

Nutrition
Each 250ml of prepared milk (25g powder plus 225ml water) provides 429kJ, 2.5g of protein, 2.6g of fat and 240mg of calcium, which is 30% of the recommended daily intake.
How To Use It
Combine 225ml of water with 1 Nimbus scoop, or 3 x 15ml tablespoons, of powder. Shake or stir until dissolved, then sip, pour, froth or chill it. It works well in coffee, tea, smoothies, cereal and baking.
Storage
Store the powder in a cool, dark place and seal tightly once opened, using within 6 months. Once mixed with water, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days. Not suitable as a complete milk food for children under 5 years of age.
