Protein Powder for Every Goal

Whether you're after a clean whey isolate, a plant-based blend, or something in between, our protein range is built around brands that list real numbers on the tub rather than vague "proprietary blend" claims.

Whey and Whey Isolate

Switch Nutrition's WPI range (unflavoured, vanilla creme, milk chocolate) is our most popular whey isolate: 90%+ protein, low in lactose, and fast-absorbing for right after a session. Ryse Loaded Protein leans into dessert-style flavours like Blueberry Muffin and Cinnamon Toast if you want your shake to actually taste like a treat.

Plant-Based Protein

Sunwarrior's Warrior Blend combines pea, hemp and goji for a smooth, dairy-free option that doesn't separate or go gritty in water, a solid pick if you're vegan, lactose intolerant, or just prefer to keep dairy out of your shakes.

Something Different

Mitchells Nutrition's Bone Broth Protein is a lower-volume, savoury-leaning option worth trying if standard whey or plant protein doesn't agree with you, or you want the extra collagen and gut-supporting amino acids bone broth is known for.

Picking the Right One

For post-workout recovery, a fast-digesting whey isolate like Switch Nutrition WPI is the standard choice. For an everyday shake or if you're avoiding dairy, go plant-based with Sunwarrior. Frequently Asked Questions

What is a clean protein powder?

A clean protein powder typically means no artificial sweeteners, no proprietary blends, a short ingredient list with recognisable ingredients, and transparent labelling showing exact amounts. Most people also expect no unnecessary fillers or thickeners. Happy Way, Macro Mike and Sunwarrior all meet this standard based on their ingredient panels.

Which protein powder is best for women?

There is no fundamental difference in protein requirements between men and women. The best protein powder is the one that suits your dietary preferences, tolerance and taste. For dairy-free options, Macro Mike plant protein and Sunwarrior Warrior Blend are popular with women. For whey options, Happy Way is one of the most well-known Australian choices and has a strong female following for its flavour range and clean ingredients.

Can I get 60 servings per tub?

Yes. Several products in the collection come in larger tub formats that deliver around 60 servings depending on the scoop size and serve weight. Check the serving information on individual product pages. Larger tubs cost more upfront but bring the cost per serve down considerably for regular users.

Is there a protein powder sale on currently?

Check the collection above for current promotions. Free shipping applies to all Australian orders over $150 AUD with code FREE150. We run regular protein powder sales on individual brands and bundle deals throughout the year.

What is the difference between WPC and WPI?

WPC (whey protein concentrate) retains more of the natural fats and carbohydrates from milk, which gives it a creamier taste. It contains around 70 to 80% protein by weight. WPI (whey protein isolate) goes through additional processing to remove most of the fat and lactose, leaving around 90% or more protein by weight. WPI is a better option for people who are lactose-sensitive, or those watching their total carbohydrate and fat intake while maximising protein per serve.

Do you stock brown rice protein?

Yes. Brown rice protein is available in the collection as part of several plant-based blends, including options from Sunwarrior. It is typically combined with pea protein to create a complete amino acid profile. Sunwarrior brown rice protein is one of the better-known options in this category.
