What is in Qunol Plus Ubiquinol + Omega-3?
Ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ10, meaning your body can use it right away without needing to convert it first. The omega-3 fatty acids come from highly refined fish oil (anchovy, sardine and mackerel). Each softgel provides:
- 200 mg ubiquinol (Kaneka Ubiquinol), the active form of coenzyme Q10
- 250 mg omega-3 fatty acids, including 150 mg EPA and 100 mg DHA
- Gluten-free, as stated on the label
- 90 softgels per bottle, a 90 day supply at one softgel daily
Ingredients
Other ingredients: gelatine, glycerine, sunflower oil, ascorbyl palmitate and yellow beeswax, plus less than 2% of annatto seed extract (colour), lemon oil, mixed tocopherols, purified water and sunflower lecithin. It is manufactured in a cGMP compliant facility. Because it contains fish oil, gelatine and beeswax, it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians, and people with a fish allergy should avoid it.
How to use it
Adults take one (1) softgel daily with or after a meal, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Taking it with a meal is a simple way to remember it.
