Switch Nutrition Greens Sachets in Cloudy Apple flavour give you the same super greens formula as the Switch Nutrition Greens tub, split into individual 5g sachets you can take anywhere. A box holds 20 sachets, or 100g total, around three weeks' worth at one a day.
What's In It
Each sachet combines several blends. The Super Greens + Veggie Blend includes Japanese matcha green tea, broccoli sprout, spinach, kale, spirulina and more, alongside a Native Australian Fruit Blend of Kakadu plum, Davidson plum, finger lime and pepper berry. An Organic Mushroom Blend adds maitake, cordyceps, shiitake, king trumpet and turkey tail, and an Adaptogen Blend brings in astragalus root, Siberian ginseng and quercetin. A Gut Health Blend combines LactoSpore and three further probiotic strains with L-glutamine and DigeZyme digestive enzymes, and a Bioavailable Vitamin Blend covers 13 vitamins, including B12, D3 and K2, plus wholefood minerals from Irish sea moss and algae-based silica.

How to Use It
Tear one open and mix with 250 to 300ml of cold water, ideally in the morning or as a midday boost. It's naturally flavoured and sweetened with stevia, with no artificial colours, sweeteners or preservatives, and it's vegan friendly and made with non-GMO ingredients.
