Lactose Free, Naturally
True Protein uses the enzyme lactase to break down the lactose in the milk, so this shake is lactose free without needing to strip out the dairy itself. It's also gluten free and carrageenan free, made with real milk and nothing artificial.
How To Use It
Shake well before opening and best served chilled. Store in a cool, dry place, and after opening refrigerate at or below 4°C and consume within 3 days. Ready to drink straight from the bottle, it works well after a workout or as a convenient high protein snack.
