How To Use It
For children 12 months and older, when consumed alongside a healthy and varied diet. Mix approximately 1.5 tbsp in 200ml of milk or a liquid of choice, or add to smoothies, yoghurt, cereal, protein balls or porridge. A handmixer or shaker is recommended for the best dissolvability.
