This vegan rocky road from Naked Chocolate Co blends 60% Belgian dark chocolate with vegan marshmallows, roasted almonds and macadamias, freeze-dried coconut and strawberries, and organic vegan jellies. It's a plant-based take on the classic rocky road, with the same mix of crunch, chew and tang you'd expect from the dairy version.
What's Inside
The base is 60% dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring), studded with vegan marshmallows made from tapioca syrup and soy protein rather than gelatine. Roasted almonds and macadamias add crunch, while freeze-dried coconut and strawberries bring texture and tartness. The organic vegan jellies are set with pectin instead of gelatine, and get their colour and flavour from real fruit juice concentrates like blueberry, cranberry and raspberry.
