Alchemy's Beyond Beetroot Elixir is a premium beetroot and cocoa drink concentrate with a hint of vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and musk, made for building a beetroot latte at home the way a cafe would. One 750ml bottle makes up to 50 serves, so a little goes a long way.
What Is A Beetroot Elixir
Think of this as a flavoured concentrate in the same family as a chai or turmeric latte mix, but built around beetroot and cocoa instead. The colour comes through as a deep, rich red-brown rather than the earthy taste you might expect from plain beetroot juice, since the cocoa, vanilla and warm spices round it out into something closer to a spiced hot chocolate with a beetroot twist.

Because the finished drink relies on steamed milk for its texture, the concentrate itself is designed to be mixed rather than drunk straight, much like a cordial or a coffee syrup. It's a genuinely different way to switch up a cafe-style drinks menu at home, or behind the counter if you run a cafe and want a point of difference beyond the usual chai and matcha options.
How To Use It
Shake well before use. For a standard 8fl oz serve, add 15ml (two 7.5ml pumps) of concentrate to a cup and mix with around 200ml of steamed milk for a beetroot latte, or use it in other hot and cold drinks where you'd otherwise reach for a syrup or concentrate. Because it's minimally processed, some separation is normal, which is why a shake before pouring matters.
