Alchemy has been making naturally flavoured coffee syrups since 1997, and this Pistachio Syrup is designed to complement quality coffee and dairy-based drinks the way a good cafe pistachio latte should. One 750ml bottle makes up to 50 serves, so it's built for regular use rather than the occasional treat.

Pistachio has become one of the most requested cafe flavours, and this version is made with natural flavours and natural colours, sweetened with Australian raw sugar. It's gluten-free and free from ingredients of animal origin, and the bottle itself is 100% recycled PET, made and owned in Australia from at least 96% Australian ingredients.

Because it's a syrup rather than a powder, it dissolves straight into a hot or cold drink without any clumping, which makes it easier to control than a shaker of pistachio powder. A little goes a long way, so start with the suggested 15ml and adjust from there depending on how strong you like the flavour.
How To Use It
Add 15ml of syrup to an 8fl oz coffee or hot chocolate, hot or cold, and adjust to taste. It works in a flat white or latte as easily as it does stirred through iced coffee or a milkshake. Shake well before use, and once opened, store in a cool, dry place away from light with the cap kept tightly closed.
