It's a straightforward pairing for anyone who already likes matcha in their coffee, tea or baking and wants a raw honey with a bit more character than a plain jar. The honey itself carries a 250+ MGO rating, an everyday-use strength on the scale used to grade manuka honey.
Matcha is a stone-ground green tea powder, distinct from the tea bag or loose-leaf green tea most people are used to, and it carries a much stronger colour and flavour as a result. Blended into honey, it mellows slightly while still giving the jar its distinctive green-flecked colour.

How To Use It
Stir well before use. Enjoy it straight off the spoon, as a spread or drizzle, stirred into a warm drink, or used as part of a skin care routine, as suggested on the label. It also works well whisked into a matcha latte if you want to double down on the flavour, or swap out the sugar in a matcha recipe for this instead.
