Canterbury Biltong's Biersticks Italian are thicker, chunkier air-dried beef pieces seasoned with garlic, chilli and onion, made from grass-fed, prime New Zealand beef. Canterbury has been making biltong since 2003, and this carton holds 10 individual 100g packs.
Why This Flavour
The Italian seasoning here leans on garlic, chilli and onion rather than the herbs used in the Original Biersticks, giving it a warmer, slightly spicier edge. Biersticks are cut thicker than a standard sliced biltong, closer to a chunky meat stick than a thin strip, which gives them a heartier bite alongside the bolder seasoning.
