About Torbangun
Torbangun has a long history of traditional use among breastfeeding mothers in Indonesia, and Legendairy Milk points to a small clinical study where a torbangun group saw a 65% increase in breast milk volume over the last two weeks of a 30-day trial, compared with 20% for a fenugreek group and 10% for a B12 group. As with any single trial, this is one data point rather than a guarantee, and individual results vary from person to person and depend on many factors beyond any single supplement.
How to Use Lactivist®
Take 1 mL, 3 to 4 times daily, directly under your tongue or mixed into a 2 oz glass of your favourite beverage. Because it's a liquid rather than a capsule, some mums find it easier to fit around a newborn's feeding schedule, especially in the early days when swallowing anything extra feels like one more thing to remember. Legendairy Milk suggests trying one lactation product at a time for at least 7 to 10 days so you can tell whether it's working for you before adding or switching anything else.
Good to Know Before You Start
Lactivist® isn't for use during pregnancy, and should be kept away from children. Because it may lower blood sugar, check with your doctor first if you're diabetic or hypoglycaemic. Take it with food and stay well hydrated, store in a cool, dry place, and discontinue use if any hypersensitivity occurs.
