Liquid Gold® Fenugreek-Free Lactation Supplement
Liquid Gold® is the original lactation supplement from Legendairy Milk, and it remains the brand's best known and most searched product. It's a fenugreek-free capsule formulated for nursing and pumping mothers, built around a six-herb blend chosen to support milk production without the stomach upset some mums report with fenugreek.
What's Inside
Each two-capsule serve provides a 1,040 mg organic proprietary blend of goat's rue herb, milk thistle seed, shatavari root, fennel seed, alfalfa leaf and anise seed. Goat's rue and shatavari both have a long history of traditional use as galactagogues, milk thistle is often included in lactation blends for its broader wellness reputation, and fennel, alfalfa and anise round out the formula with herbs also used elsewhere in traditional breastfeeding support. The capsule shell is plant based, and the whole formula is certified organic by QAI, non-GMO, vegan, kosher, halal, sugar-free and free from artificial additives and preservatives, so there's nothing hidden in the ingredient list.
How to Use Liquid Gold®
The suggested use is 2 capsules, 3 times daily, taken with food and a drink of water. Legendairy Milk recommends trying one lactation product at a time for at least 7 to 10 days before deciding whether to switch to a different formula, since herbal supplements typically take some time to show an effect and everyone responds a little differently to any given blend.
Good to Know Before You Start
Liquid Gold® is not for use during pregnancy, and should be kept out of reach of children. Because it may lower blood sugar, check with your GP or pharmacist before use if you're diabetic or hypoglycaemic. Take with food and stay well hydrated, don't use if the safety seal is broken or missing, and discontinue use if any hypersensitivity occurs. As with any supplement, individual results vary and Liquid Gold® works best alongside good feeding or pumping technique and adequate rest.
