Pump Princess by Legendairy Milk is a fenugreek-free lactation capsule built around black cumin seed, alongside fennel and dill, aimed at both milk production and milk flow rather than just one or the other.
What's Inside
Each two-capsule serve provides a 1,200 mg organic proprietary blend of organic black cumin seed, organic fennel seed and organic dill seed. This dual focus makes it a good option if you feel like your supply is adequate but letdown is slow, or if you'd simply like a broader spread of traditional herbs than a single-focus formula offers. Black cumin, also known as Nigella sativa or black seed, has a long history of traditional use across Middle Eastern and South Asian cultures for breastfeeding support. How to Use Pump Princess
