Formula-fed babies are generally getting some vitamin D from fortified formula already, so it's worth checking your baby's total intake with your GP or child health nurse rather than assuming a supplement is automatically needed on top. The formula is USDA certified organic, sourced from organic sunflower oil and organic MCT oil (fractionated coconut oil), and it's vegan, halal, non-GMO and sugar-free.
How to Use It
To use, shake well before each use, then place 1 drop on a clean finger, pacifier, or your nipple before nursing, daily, or mix 1 drop into milk or other food if that's easier. Never administer this product by putting the bottle directly into your baby's mouth.
Good to Know Before You Start
Because Vitamin K2 plays a role in blood clotting, check with your healthcare provider before using if your child is on blood-thinning medication. Keep out of reach of children, and consult your healthcare provider before using more generally. Discontinue use if any hypersensitivity occurs, and don't use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the lid kept tightly closed. Note that this product contains coconut.
