Why Garlic Powder
Garlic powder gives an even, consistent garlic flavour without the prep work of peeling and chopping fresh cloves, and it dissolves smoothly into dry rubs, marinades and sauces where fresh garlic can burn or clump. It has a milder, sweeter edge than raw garlic since the drying process softens some of the sharpness.
How To Use It
