These vegan honeycomb chocolate bites from Naturally Good wrap light, airy honeycomb in a smooth Mylk Chocolate coating, made entirely without dairy. Think of it as a plant-based take on the classic honeycomb chocolate bar, in an easy, bite-sized format with 40% less sugar than a standard version, and no need to bite into a whole bar to get your fix.
What's Inside
Each bite is roughly half Mylk Chocolate and half vegan honeycomb. The chocolate side is made with cocoa butter, cocoa mass and coconut milk powder instead of dairy milk, sweetened with monk fruit and tapioca fibre. The honeycomb centre itself is made the traditional way, from sugar, glucose and sodium bicarbonate, which is what gives it that light, crunchy texture as it sets.
